SHIPPING:
All items ship within two weeks unless RUSH service is purchased. THIS IS 2 CALENDAR WEEKS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. If this day falls on a Saturday Sunday or Holiday it will ship out the very next business day SHIPPING IS 2/3+ DAYS.
*** I am NOT responsible for actual shipping time from the post office on any orders including RUSH orders. If there is a delay due to the post office refunds for rush orders will not be offered as RUSH orders are for my process time not shipping time***
I send tracking information with all orders to insure your packages are sent correctly and on time according to my scheduling and turnaround times. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Your order will be shipped USPS Priority. Once shipped, orders are GENERALLY received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Embiebaby cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
I only ship to the address listed on your order, please make sure this is correct and updated to insure correct delivery. If a dress is returned to me due to you having the wrong address you must re-pay for the shipping cost before I send the dress out again to a new corrected address.

RUSH ORDER TIMES:
Rush orders will ship within the period the purchased rush listing specifies. This does not include weekends (Monday through Friday only) IF A RUSH ORDER IS PLACED ON A WEEKEND YOUR DAY STARTS THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY
RUSH listings must be purchased at the same time as your dress purchase. If you make a regular purchase and then decide later you would like to add a RUSH to expedite your item your RUSH days start from date the RUSH is purchased NOT THE DATE YOU ORDERED THE DRESS.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
ALL DRESSES ARE FINAL SALE. THESE DRESSES ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU AND ARE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR EACH CLIENT.
***IF YOU WERE SENT A FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM OR SENT THE INCORRECT ITEM PLEASE NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY WITH AN ATTACHED PHOTO FOR VERIFICATION AND A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RETURN***

Due to the nature of custom items You may cancel your regular order within 3 days for a full refund. Cancelations for regular orders made after 3 days of purchase will receive a refund minus a 20% cancelation fee. If you cancel a RUSH order you will receive the same refund policy as with regular orders minus the RUSH fee. The RUSH fee is non-refundable
Please Note: All postage costs must be covered by the customer. If you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact me right away and I will fix it.
Colors on each computer screen may vary because of this I do offer fabric samples if needed. I have tried my best to match my color card as accurately to my fabrics as I can.
I reserve the right to cancel any orders at anytime for any reason. If I cancel an order you will receive an immediate refund.
